Amer has acted as an expert witness/ third party consultant in disputes submitted to arbitration and litigation before Dubai Courts.
Amer is the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of Smart Action FZE which provides project and contract management consultancies, preparation, monitoring and controlling of construction baseline schedule and cost controls.
Acted as a council for general contractor in arbitration case over delay in handing over and unpaid variations for a gold A third party consultant in arbitration case between owner and main contractor over a dispute in delay in handing over of a G+ 8 residential building in Al Nahda 1 Area, Dubai.
Over a period of 20 years Amer has joined a number of international project management, engineering consultancies and general contracting companies in United Arab Emirates and Saudi Arabia as a Senior Planning Engineer, Project Management Control System Manager and Planning Manager.
