Shadha is an advocate enrolled in the Sindh Bar Council and has over eight years of experience as an arbitration practitioner. Prior to moving to Canada, she worked with well known firms in the Emirate of Dubai where she held title of Senior Associate and handled arbitration disputes mostly involving real estate, commercial and construction matters.

Shadha has handled and advised on over 60 arbitration matters under the rules of international and leading arbitration centers such as ICC, DIFC-LCIA, DIAC, Abu Dhabi Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (ADCCAC) and also Ajman Commercial Conciliation and Arbitration Centre (AjCCAC). She has been appointed as sole arbitrator by Dubai International Arbitration Centre (DIAC) and is listed as qualified arbitrator at DIAC. She has also acted as arbitral secretary to Tribunals in arbitration matters.

Shadha holds an LLB from the University of London. She completed her GPLLM at University of Toronto and is currently pursuing LLM in International Business Law at Osgoode Hall Law School, York University.
