Keith is a partner based in Europe and a member of the construction and engineering disputes team. He has a strong interest in supporting the energy sector and in particular the development of sustainable energy, particularly offshore the wind market.
Having trained originally as a construction manager, he has operated at Director and Claims Manager for over 25 years within the construction industry, with a diverse experience in the contractual service sector. He qualified in Law in 1996 and completed his Bar examinations in 2006, before developing his experience, providing advice across the procurement specialist field, including claim strategy, contract administration, dispute resolution, adjudication, and construction arbitration.
He has extensive experience of FIDIC and has managed numerous international construction disputes and has been appointed Expert Witness on three occasions specializing in mechanical, electrical, and plumbing (MEP).
