Sarah Malik to Co-Host the Inaugural Arbitration Summit in Lahore

Sarah Malik will be co-hosting the Inaugural Arbitration Summit 2022 in Lahore.

The Summit, which will be held on 28 May, will draw together all stakeholders interested in the advancement of arbitration in Pakistan; the Summit will host Judges of the superior courts, regulators and officials, academics, arbitrators and counsels as the panelists.

The distinguished speakers will discuss a broad range of topics such as:

• Appointment of arbitrator(s)
• Consent
• Principles of International Arbitration
• Enforcement of arbitral awards in Pakistan

Speaking on co-hosting the Summit, Sarah Malik said:
